Unter anderem hat der Einzelh\u00e4ndler auf Facebook Lives gesetzt und die Qualifio-Plattform genutzt, um n\u00e4her an seine Kunden heranzukommen und ein authentisches Gef\u00fchl der N\u00e4he zu schaffen, eine Community leidenschaftlicher Sportler, mit denen sie spielerisch interagieren, sich austauschen, verbinden, lernen und in Bewegung bleiben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz eines sehr komplizierten Wirtschaftsjahres und eines R\u00fcckgangs des Verkehrsaufkommens aufgrund der aktuellen Ma\u00dfnahmen verzeichnete das Unternehmen auch einen Anstieg beim Online-Handel, der derzeit <strong>20% des Umsatzes<\/strong> ausmacht.
