Adem\u00e1s, las estad\u00edsticas demuestran que <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.zoominfo.com\/78-customer-engagement-statistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">las empresas que cuentan con una estrategia de conocimiento del cliente mejoran su nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n entre un 30 y un 50% de media<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La recopilaci\u00f3n de datos puede ser una tarea formal o l\u00fadica, eso s\u00ed, siempre que se haya <a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.fidelodev.be\/blog\/es\/rgpd-casos-empresas-consentimiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">asimilado la nueva normativa de consentimiento<\/a> ? La idea detr\u00e1s de estas campa\u00f1as es <strong>conocer mejor a sus clientes<\/strong> con el objetivo de <strong>informarles de forma m\u00e1s personalizada<\/strong> y relevante. Los participantes tienen que hacer \u00abswipe\u00bb hacia la izquierda si la pel\u00edcula no les ha gustado o hacia la derecha si les ha encantado.<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder a los resultados y descubrir las pel\u00edculas m\u00e1s populares entres los internautas, los participantes tienen que introducir su direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico y aceptar o rechazar un <em>opt-in<\/em> para el <em>newsletter<\/em> de Path\u00e9.
