We’re a bunch of people looking to change the way brands engage with their communities. We believe interactivity is key.

Our story

Qualifio was founded in Belgium in 2011 by Olivier Simonis and Serge Rapaille. They truly believed in the power of interactivity and its ability to engage and push consumers down the conversion funnel. This power has continued to grow since then, especially in the context of data deprecation (the end of third-party cookies, the emergence of privacy regulations, …), making interactive marketing one of the most promising tactics to collect first- and zero-party data in a compliant and consented manner.

Today, Qualifio is the leading European first- and zero-party data collection platform for consumer brands. We enable marketing teams to get to know their audiences thanks to two complementary SaaS modules:

Qualifio Engage allows them to generate engagement and capture data via quizzes, games, polls, contests, and over 50 other interactive formats

Qualifio Loyalty empowers them to reward and segment members with interaction-based programs that go beyond purchases

Qualifio joined the QNTM Group, an ecosystem of best-of-breed companies that excel in the AdTech and MarTech sectors.

Launch of Qualifio Loyalty

After Qualifio Engage, we launched Qualifio Loyalty, enabling marketing teams to reward and segment members with interaction-based programs that go beyond purchases.

New Management

After 10 successful years, Olivier and Serge decided to pass the torch on to Quentin, CEO, and Laurent, CTO, supported by a strong management team.

It all started with two friends, Olivier and Serge, in a cellar, wanting to empower marketers with the right tools and to provide them with an innovative way of doing marketing.
